basically an all in one base converter this means an all in one solution for converting numbers to binaries, hexadecimals, octals, etc. no need for a dedicated custom block for EACH format anymore (base basically means the combinations of digits until the next digit is reached in a counting system. in our counting system we have 9 digits until the double digit number 10. in hexadecimal which is base 16 though, there are 15 digits until the double digit which is also 10 but is preceded by 789ABCDEF) keep in mind you cannot simply use this to convert something to base64. actual base64 is more complicated. this is for math, not encoding. actual base64 is encoded but math means there are 64 digits until the next digit.
