As Jeff continues to make his rounds throughout town, making him the town's greatest serial killer, Natalie (now merged with her Ticker split personality), with a mask on and a knife in hand, makes it her goal to put an end to the murders and save her friend from the Hound's grip. However, along the way, she meets a friend (John) with strange powers, and the realization that Jeff was targeted...but not just by the Hound.
