This is Tinker Blinker. He's also the same villian that appears in Lillyjem's bio and other projects. His name is now fully reavealed. He is born a Unicorn, but forced himself into Alicorn form. But it wasen't done properly, he has many visual defects. Backstory: He has always wanted to be a hero, or at least win something or get some attention. But it never happened. Perhaps he was always too sure that he was going to win. Then, he learned of the Mane 6. Who always always got attention. He resisted the urge for a while. One day, he saw the Mane 6, with quite a few fillies trying to get a singture. And one filly just watching. He quickly got outraged. And devised a plan. (I can't tell it here but you can just go on my profile and find that project named "Lillyjem +lore") And that ended up accidently turning Lillyjem into an Alicorn. After that, he came up with all sorts of plans, which all of them failed. Untill he came up with becoming an Alicorn himself. Using his already evil magic, he did a ritual, and finaly became an Alicorn. He finally succeeded once, but now he needed to succeed a few times more...
Notes: Tinker Blinker's hairstyle changed when he became an Alicorn because he decided that his old haristyle doesn't fit his Alicorn body. But that just made it worse.
