I made this for an activity in Homeroom Guidance! The activity was about drawing what you’ve been wanting to do for a while but can’t because of school or studies. I drew a celestial dragon popping out of a screen and I am planning to add more to it to represent Artfight! As you could see I messed up the left eye because I decided to make it “clearer” by drawing over it again at an attempt to double the darkness and emphasize values. I was madly wrong. Lesson learned! Never trust yourself randomly ever again huzzah - Trivia! - - This doodle gave birth to a new original character, Ribbons! (It’s a nickname, not its full name yet. It actually has another nickname, Ribbousse! It was my first thought when I tried to think of a full name.) >>—> Character & Design Notes (Still trivia) - Accidentally typed the name as “Ribboisse” once. The creature shall henceforth be known as Ribbouisse. - Ribs’ personality can be implied as one word (for now); insane. - For its idle looks, the creature appears as if doesn’t know it exists. - Its eyes are always wide open - Its smile never dies. It’s stuck that way. - The “ribbons” protruding upon its back and belly were lasting remnants of formerly long, flowing, mane-like fur. - If eyes are unfocused, its pupils typically spread horizontally and widen as that of a goat’s. When focused, they slit vertically like a cat. - Overall shape and size can change upon will - Bodily movements are that of an underwater specimen. It floats in the air as if it is swimming. - Thick, hardened scale-like fur coats its body like that of a fish or a lizard - Ribbon-like fur flow from between its golden horns, then layer upon each other the back of its head, crawling along the nape starts with longer “hair,” losing length little by little up until the tip of its tail, where it ends on an elegant flowing streamers very similar to a ribbon fin of a fish. It’s overall spine resembles a braid with ribbons. (The small ribbons being the feet) Energy system (WIP!) - Possesses electric energy that surges within its body. Energy is conducted by its fur and other bodily components. The energy is kept at will or by emotional control. The energy can also be sealed by a force that isn’t itself to limit the impact and amount of times it can release the energy. A force WITHIN (or formerly within) itself may count. (Such as an alter ego or a personality created by the “mother” or original wielder of the body that resides within its mind)
