This startup is a beta version of the 2012/2013 startup, found on a stolen carrier testing LG phone. A higher framerate version was found on a server under the old Arc Wireless domain, arcnetwork.net, where this server was used for Arc Wireless trade in services made by other networks to restore service to Arc Wireless users. The built version used on phones behaves strangely, as when not connected to a network, it displays an old version of the Arc Wireless logo from 2008 with the 2009 startup sound and shutdown sound, the logo being from before the carrier's official launch, but when connected, it displays this animation.
