Original design by @moonwisperer , redesign and art are by @NuttySquirrel63 He/They TV Cat Markings are symmetrical except for his paws and ears. Very intelligent, social, kind, and playful Screen can change to a loading screen, battery low, and a variety of different faces! Collar is optional, wings are not. However, you can make his wings bigger. When they're normal sized (small, how I drew them), he can hover. When they're big, he can fly.
