The startup of many Arc Wireless phones before March 2015 and after December 2012. Before December 2012 it used the same startup animation used after December 2009. This animation was extracted from an Arc Wireless locked Samsung phone. This animation was also used all the way to March 2015 despite it being changed in January 2014, but only for the Flash marketing demo, as a loading screen. This startup on phones did not appear after the manufacturer, rather this startup would appear first and show the phone manufacturer logo below the Arc Wireless logo. The same logo featured in this startup was also used even before the carrier was available for surface, being used in the 2008 "Your Phone Will Be Even Better Next Year" advertisement.
