Don't know how to say it, but it shoots projectiles that split into 3 others with random effects, such as freeze, burn, ashes, full tombstonosis (turning into rock), Chili Bean fart, static elec, full elec, etc. When plant food is used, it will summon a colored meteorite that splits into 60 projectiles, inflicting all of those effects at once.
