Instructions, ooh boy! So it's arrow keys for Rack it Up!, (don't know why I didn't make it WASD- guess it flew by my mind) and clicking for the second half. The other two gamemodes have the tutorials, so no need to explain from there. Oh, main menu of course is navigated by clicks. Now that I realize it- this project is a bit big. Hope it loads for you! Also, don't worry! The save data carries over flag clicks, so no need to panic. Another- if I do say so myself- ingenious implementation by moi. But uh, not over page refreshes. So whatever you do, keep this tab open and safe! Also- not mobile friendly AT ALL, in fact, mobile DANGEROUS.
All sprites and artwork done by me! With the exception of one, which is mentioned in sprite #28. All music- NOT done by me, instead I really just pulled random files I had that I thought kinda fit, so it's a semi-mish-mash. I hope you all think the sound design is good, because I'm not the one for that job. Thanks to my coder buddy @SoupTelly for making some songs used in here btw, he was a big help. He also made the text engine you see being used- which now that I think about it, some of you might not find unless you have the bravery to click around! Though if you click something and it does something weird and unexpected- something that feels off or so, and doesn't reveal lore, then- could just be an unpatched bug. Speaking of #lore, this does have it! Mostly in one specific achievement, so try to find all the good ol' lore, and make MatPat proud! This game is- sorta meant to be played in a singular sitting- but if needed, you can always remix the project and use the save function in order to- well, to save it. And also, everytime you get sent back to the titlescreen/menu, you should probably hit that green flag- just to be safe. Also, gotta ask everyone- how is Bally's design? I personally love my lil' guy, and I hope to do lots more with him- my dearest product of random lines on a ball. Actually, I do already have a project in the makings revolving around him! (And his balltastic friends, too!) Though I don't want to give out too much spoilers, so stay tuned for it! (Promise it'll be a wacky experience.) So, this was made for the 2026 Anything GameJam- in case you didn't know- so yeah, hope this does well! Sorry about the uh slow pacing of the first gamemode- when I made it, I didn't realize it was so slow- so yeah, we just have to deal with that. Though- of course, if you want a tip- M? Also, I like how the three gamemodes kinda show my learning curve as a coder and game designer. Something I realized mid-developement. And yes, this was- and kinda is- my first big coding project. Everything before this was significantly smaller. And the sprite total- whoooowee, it's something. I had fun naming all of them- and the broadcasts- AND the variables too, so if you remix it, make sure to enjoy them. Also- I don't know if anyone'll get this far in the rant, but shout-out to for hosting this gamejam- I never would have made this otherwise, so props to him. Also, I did use a tutorial for the gravity- and for the bounciness of the button- though I kinda forgot who I watched for the tutorials, so I'll get back to y'all on that. Since I'm doing shout-outs, ! Thanks for all your help buddy, couldn't have done it withoutcha. He was really a big help- as both a playtester and for moral support. I'd say to give him a follow too, though he's kind of a bit inactive- though if you want to know, out of the two of us, he's the better coder- probably by leagues. Once again, props to him! Also, might make a credit list of the various songs I used- and sound effects- but I'll do that later, it sounds like a long task- just know for copyright reasons- don't know how those work on Scratch btw- I don't own ANY of these songs or sound effects. Say, if you need any help finding out how to unlock certain achievements, just ask! In the project comments- yeah. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
