This is Sunny's Genocide route theme, for the encounter in the Lush Basins. She has unique encounters for both the Neutral-Betrayal and Genocide routes, though they happen under very different circumstances (hence the route names). Her role is the guardian of the spirit foxes (original role not from Undertale). Think of it like if there was a guardian for the Temmies in Waterfall. She also happens to possess one of the artificial souls as a result from an accident in True Experimentation, which is the artificial soul of Determination; hence is why she has DETERMINATION. By the way, if you have any questions or criticisms about the song, AU, or its characters, feel free to comment!
