These are the rules for litters in the sea's Song - A WCRP 1. Follow the naming rules 2. It has to be between 1-7 kits 3. No neon colors 4. realistic colors for pelt and eye color ( red and violet eyes are allowed simply because irl people and cats can have them) 5. the kits cannot have wings, fins, flippers, or any sort of thing that would not make them realistically possible 6. Please do not make any codeword impossibly hard to find 7. the litter should be first-come-first-serve or selective 8. put your heart into designing the kits ( translation: Have fun) 9. Selective litters are open for 3 weeks, unless one kit does not have an application 10. Try to have a theme for the litter 11. in a first-come-first-serve litter the first applicant gets the kit
