A little bit sticky on the sides, but basically you can scroll for a while until you hit a certain point, then the camera stops moving until you hit the edge. Actually a lot harder than I thought it would be. I am absolutely going to make a tutorial on this because otherwise I wouldn't be able to recreate it.
