I will explain everything as short as possible, but keep in mind they have a lot more complexity to their stories and actual character arcs. 1. Guppyleap (she/her, straight asexual) 16 moons old ★ She has A LOT going on. Her parents died when she was a little kit (at least she thought they did for most of her life lol), then her sister Shadypaw got basically murdered by Nightingale (not intentionally, but it could all be prevented by a bit of logical brainwork), everybody abandoned her because Darkstar said so (for a variety of reasons all of which are to long to explain here)... But it all progresses the story further, if you take out one of this events everything falls apart. Sorry Guppy, you have to suffer for entertainment :) (but seriously, she is actually a well-written character and not a traumadump i promise) Her mate is also her best friend, Grousefeather. I don't like writing romance with all the drama so they basically have a really cute healthy relationship 2. Darkstar (he/him, straight) 80 moons old ★ Idk what to write. He is the illegal son of two leaders, so his whole kithood and apprenticeship bro got tossed around two clans like a child of a divorced couple :( Then he got fed up and murdered his mom to become leader. Nice guy. He's also a surprisingly good dad to Nightingale. 3. Nightingale (she/her, bisexual) 15 moons old ★ She's... Uhh... A horrible person. But she got raised in an environment where it was normalized, so it's not really her fault. Besides, she eventually realises through Guppyleap and her gang that what she's doing is wrong, and slowly changes for the better. She has a massive crush on Charcoal and bro knows it doesn't give a crap TToTT 4. Charcoal (he/him, straight) 16-17 moons old ★ His parents are both leaders of a big rogue group, and they want him to become a leader as well at some point. He doesn't necessarily like this idea (he is a silly guy who wants to live his life fun, without responsibility), but who cares?! He meets Guppyleap when she comes to the city to form an alliance with the roogs, and they go from enemies to besties awww :)
