After going on the tactics page, you will be left with two main features. The button with the two antiparallel arrows is where you can switchplayers's positions. You can see that each player is labelled with a number right next to it. Lastly, you type the two numbers of the players you want to switch. The button that says "Tactics" is where you can set your playstyle to Long Ball, Counter-Attacking, Balanced or Possession, and where you can change your defensive style to Balanced or Press. Space is usually the button you use to exit out of certain pages.
