10/08/26 That ugly sunflower FINALLY got a glow-up. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Heads up: I am making this entire show completely on my own, including some of the voice acting. It is very unlikely that I am looking for a crew or any voice actors; I will likely ask my friends or family members instead. Hello everyone, I'm sorry about the inconvenience of my "disappearance". I am dropping this project off (or two) before I go. Around 2 weeks, high school will begin for me, officially starting my long hiatus. I also thank you all for the late 3000 followers- I really appreciate it! In this project, I am showing the process of my character assets; they really need adjustment, and I'm trying to lock in. These characters are children (wait but they don't look like it) and are the main group in Under the Canopy. They explore the whole forest, learning about its history, and eventually discovering things they haven't unlocked themselves. This is not a competition show and I'm still working on creating the first plot of the episode. Barely any progress. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok here are some RANDOM facts that nobody asked: - Sorin the sunflower protagonist was born weaker than the others. So he wasn't allowed to venture deep into the forest. - Sorin was also from another (abandoned) show I made called ASTIM, and I decided to reuse him again. The show's lore featured an older version of him who had lost his wife, Rose. These two characters are very different. - Lyra the Moonflower was named after a pencil crayon company of the same name; it was from a gift. - Lyra is interested in gazing at the stars; she was glad that Moonflowers are connected to them when she discovered it. - Bernie the Basil hates the nickname "Bernie-Toast," which was created by his awkward, joke-loving father. That nickname is now constantly repeated by his mother. - Bernie is left-handed! - Viola the Water Lily has three siblings, and all of them were assigned to have roles for performances. - Viola may show a sarcastic, bitter edge, but overall she has a compassionate tone and looks up to her friend group. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- You may ask questions regarding the show! @an___di
