As the meteor encaging Genwel Meteonelfilis crashed into the sea, the Starries used all of their strength to split him, just like Fecto Elfilis, into two seperate forms, and encaged the larger half. But the smaller half got away, and his name is Mateo. But unfortunately, unlike his brother Elfilin, he remembers his dark past and still plans destruction...
monkey_headed did the that ^ and the idea and I did everything else. Thanks to -KirbyTheGamer- for making the original Elfilin.
