"On Melancholy Hill" by Gorillaz is an upbeat pop song with a somber core. It symbolizes a surreal, contemplative headspace—a metaphorical "place" of loneliness and disillusionment where artificial comforts provide temporary solace. It is an anthem of finding connection and peace despite life's disappointments. I really wanted to cover this song because of its deep meaning, and also cs u know........I LOVE gorillaz. As you mght know, I just came back from their concert so gulp............my voice is really dead I couldn't make it the deep, "lollia-like" one that I normally use so yea that's my normal, dead voice. ╰ ◟◞ ͜ ͜ ◞◞ ͜ ◟◞ ╯ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ credits .ᐟ ︶︶ ︶ ︵ @-saesthetic- ↷ ꒰ desc layout ︵ @swgarbun ↷ ꒰ desc layout inspo ︵ jamie hewlet ↷ ꒰ drawing on the thumb ︵ @Ayamee-/@AyameS- ↷ ꒰ voice ︵ @Ayamee-/@AyameS- ↷ ꒰ mixing ︵ Noodle ↷ ꒰ thumb character ︵ gorillaz ↷ ꒰ og song + instr ╰ ◟◞ ͜ ͜ ◞◞ ͜ ◟◞ ╯ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ policy .ᐟ ︶︶ ︶ ▞ LISTEN TO THE WHOLE THING AND DO NOT STEALL ANYTHING GRRRRRR ౨ৎ ╰ ◟◞ ͜ ͜ ◞◞ ͜ ◟◞ ╯ ꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ links .ᐟ ︶︶ ꕀ recomended ꐑ ⌕ https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1328960972/ ╰ ◟◞ ͜ ͜ ◞◞ ͜ ◟◞ ╯ :¨ ·.· ¨: `· . ᰔ Ayame logging off ｡｡｡ ∩――――∩ || ∧ ﾍ || || (* ´ ｰ`) ᶻzz |ﾉ^⌒⌒づ`￣ ＼ ⇵ see you next time !! ♡ ( ノ ⌒ ヽ ＼ ＼ ||￣￣￣￣￣|| ＼,ﾉ||
