Meet Jeremy McJefferson Johnson III, the most bestest OC ever who is totally not made in 20 minutes and is not overpowered. He only has a BST of 10,000,000,000 and survives a max luck, HP-ATK DEF-SPEED swap NCO Kwifqu. He is clearly very balanced. He is also very unique, being a VERY well designed sword character with 2 quintillion phases and an out of control form. This is absolutely something that no one has ever thought of doing before.
