Prologue A barren, rocky land that no one can survive. Land that has no food, water, animals, oxygen, and has extreme temperatures that is completely unlivable. Or that’s what the government wants you to think. That moon is just a cover up to what the real moon is actually like. Even the moon landing was fake, they just green screened it all. All of those things the government hid from us, for all those decades, no one knew why or what the government was hiding. No one knew what the real Moon was really like. What was it really like? Every single question was left lingering unanswered. Most, everyone forgot. The truth hidden as if miles away. Until now. Chapter 1 Brzrzrzrzt! Brrrzzzt! Brrrzzzt! The alarm buzzed irritatingly. “Myeh, what time is it?” 6:13, the clock said. “Oh no’s! Myeh am going to be late for work!” Badump-badump-badump Chip’s heart raced. As Chip ran several miles towards her workplace, CACA, a collaborator with NASA, saw a poo on the side of the road. “Myehhhh who left dis poo here???” she said. It was very big and stinky. “Myehhh must have been Chewwy El Pooey,” she sighed. “Why does she always lose her poo and then be like, super annoying?” Chip muttered. “Oh yeah! I need to go to work!” Chip sped towards her workplace, dodging a few anvils that were on the road for Bulkiest Pickup blacksmith Chip didn’t need to use anymore. “Myeh why does CACA have to be so far away?” Chip complained. “Someone needs to really clean up all the poop around here too!” Chip said as she finally arrived at CACA. “whew! I'm finally here! Chip looked around and saw… no one? “Myehh wait… what time is it? 6:00 or 7:00 pm? Huhhh? Is it already time to go home?” 6:42 the small analog clock on Chip’s desk read. “Wait! I know where everyone went! Today is the day the Entrée rocket launch is happening! Everybody is probably at home watching it online!” As Chip ran to the viewing station, (which was a few miles away), an abrupt rumble shook Chip and some pebbles up a few inches. “Myeeeeeeeeaaaaaahhhhh!!!” Chip shouted as she tried to keep her balance. Suddenly, a blinding blast from the rocket blast knocked Chip to the gravel road. The light faded from her eyes. And everything went dark. Chapter 2 “Veh will poke you on The Great Mystery block for my birthday! Veh can do anything on my birthday. Today will be the best day ever on my first birthday! Then Veh will have you go inside my white van, tie these bandanas around your head and legs, and wrap this duck tape around your mouth. Don’t worry! It’s all just part of my birthday party!” A little vehveh pointing to a giant box labeled in italics mystery block/white van. “Myeh,” Chip groaned, “okay, okay. Fine I’ll do it.” As she walked towards the miniscule vehveh’s cardboard box. It felt as if every muscle in her body was turned into water. Chip’s vision became wobbly and blurry. Woke up back into reality. She realized that she might’ve gotten knocked out by the giant blast from the sonic boom. Her cheek was pressed hard against the cold rocky ground. Chip stood up from the road. The bitter smell of smoke heavily burned in her lungs. It was nauseating. She tied her tan bandana over her nose to cover the disgusting stench of manure and methane. The ground around her was covered in flames. As Chip ran back to CACA headquarters, she saw a head poke out from a bush. “Myeh?” Chip said, nervously scanning the area. But when she looked again, the head was gone. When she went to the bush where she last saw the animal, there was no one. All she saw was a pair of binoculars lying in the dirt and tracks trailing deep into the dense fog of the forest. Chapter 3 Should I go follow the tracks? Or should I just go back home? Chip thought.
Still a work in progress.
