Sonikku. (Completely normal apart from being slightly desaturated and having black on the tips of the quills, he has no rings) Completely innocent, only following a prime directive (which is to capture souls). He has no idea that you or the outside world exist. Chishiki. (A bit more desaturated, more black appears on his quills, has one ring) As he develops self-awareness, he starts to understand that you exist. However, he remains completely unaware of your world. Miminari. (Almost completely desaturated, quills almost completely black, has three rings) Upon discovering he's in a game, he becomes both depressed and anxious. Since he still lacks knowledge about your world, he starts to panic and his thoughts begin to spiral. Ikigadekinai. (Completely covered in black, apart from where the red rings are. Has four rings) Having learned almost everything about your world, he becomes desperate to escape the game. He is numb and apathetic, and retreats into a "dark void" where he can find solitude. He feels, quote, "unable to breathe." •---·✧·---• ✧ info So basically he's a version of Rewrite where everything went as normal, but as he gains self-awareness, he realizes that: 1) He is in a game. 2) He is unable to escape from said game. 3) His life has no meaning. He slowly realizes that he's just an AI created by some scammer. Melancholia becomes depressed and lonely. The only reason he "collects souls" now is to have company… •---·✧·---• ✧ lil tidbits • His favorite food is just fruit in general, but he seems to especially enjoy cherries and strawberries. • Like Rewrite, he can speak Japanese. • He only smiles when he makes a new friend. There are barely any other situations where he actually smiles. • He is capable of feeling happiness, he just hardly ever shows it. • He doesn't actually kill anyone! The rings are merely from players who become addicted to the game. • Unlike Rewrite, he knows that he isn't God. • He has tried to persuade players to delete himself.
