I don”t know if it’s a problem for all device, but my frames are supposed to be 12 frames per second, but scratch won’t load it.
The math tells me the frames are the right length, but scratch is slowing it down. If it’s slowing down on your screen, set the time between frames as 0.0364 seconds.
