You can animate yourself, OCs, Fandoms, etc., as long as it follows the general theme, and the palette. The palette is inside the project, and contains specific directions, which you will need to read in order for your application to be considered. Here's the rules: .There isn't a certain experience level, but please provide one example of your art/animation .Follow the palette, a little variation is fine of course, as long as it follows the theme of that palette. .Can be AMV/PMV .You have one month to complete your part, I can give you an extension, but be sure to ask.
