Alana Alestar chapter six: A morning stroll The first day at Hogwarts was always a confusing one. new classrooms, teachers, and the fact that this wasn't an ordinary school- it was Hogwarts. A school of magic. "Transfiguration first, girls!" The Ravenclaw girls dorm woke up to the posh sound of Conny. "Um...your not our prefect, Conny, stop acting like it!" Lily said, rubbing her eyes as they flicked to the clock. "IT'S FOUR A.M!!!!!???? ARE YOU INSANE?" she shouted. "No" Conny calmly said as she picked up her books from her night stand "Just practical" Alana let out a long sigh. "I guess we should get ready and head down" She gathered up her toiletries and clothes and headed to the ensuite, "Well, I guess." Lily replied and followed. Conny was already in her clothes, all carefully ironed and straightened. Lily, Alana, and Jaquie could be seen trudging down dead leaf- littered path that lead from the castle to the grounds. "I heard the Halloween’s here are sick!" Jaquie exclaimed excitedly to Alana and Lily. "I know right!? Can't wait!" Lily replied as the trio continued walking. "Oh....I don't really celebrate Halloween." Alana said to the backs of her friends. "That's a shame I guess. Well, don't ruin it for us!" Jaquie said as her and Lily turned to face her. "Um. okay?" Alana replied. 'what a weird response' she thought as the backs of Lily and Jaquie walked further and further away...until Alana was left alone in the grounds, no sight of her friends.
