If you see this on someone else's entry/project, they forgot to take this away. - Amber :3 ——— DESCRIPTION ——— *If you want to be a judge, ask in the comments!* Rules, Character Info, Controls, Limitations, Bonus Points, FAQ, Prizes, and more below. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING. ——— Welcome to my first/second DTA! This is a rehost of my previous one. The old characters are still available, but I encourage you to look at the newer ones! [Space/Arrow Keys] - Slide navigation [Up Arrow] - Bouncy mode (on/off) >3 [Click] - Zoom in RULES ⟡ ALL art must be your own. (This includes no AI!) ⟡ Do not feed my art to AI! >:( ⟡ Pelt/skin/clothing pattern may be simplified or slightly altered if needed. ⟡ You can change the personality and name of the character, but not the gender. If you want to change something and I haven't specified whether it's aloud or not, please ask. ⟡ You can change the species, but it has to be either a feline, human, or anthro. ⟡ You may use the bases. However, this is discouraged, as it lessens your chances of winning. ⟡ No copying, stealing, tracing, or any other forms of using my art is aloud unless it is for an entry. This includes the design, colors, and species. ⟡ You may enter for multiple characters, but you will only win one. ⟡ The deadline for batch 1 is July 10! The rule below this one does not matter for batch 1. ⟡ Each batch closes when there are at least 3 entries per character (exceptions may occur.) However, please note that a batch may close when there are two entries for each of its characters, although this will mean that there will only be a prize for first place. The same goes for old DTA characters (Flame, Earth, etc). ⟡ This is not a requirement, but entries for the current batch (in this case batch 1) are preferred because when a batch has at least 6 entries, it closes. However, you don’t need to do this and it won’t increase or decrease your chances of winning - it’s just fyi! PRIZES First place: The character + 2 follows + shaded full Second place: Bust + 2 follows Third place: 1 follow (2 follows = my alt and my bff @iecsma84!! <3) JUDGES (so far) @_AmberFire_, @iecsma84, and @LouT221 IF YOU WIN A CHARACTER... You do not need to give credit for the character. However, if you host a contest where the contestants can get win characters/art (such as DTAs, DTAEs, raffles, OTAs, COTAs, etc.), you must AT LEAST give credit to me for creating the design. - You also cannot use this art as an entry for a contest. BONUS POINTS ⟡ Add an animation! (AMV and PMV both work.) ⟡ Add a personality/backstory! ⟡ Quality > Quantity, but making multiple pieces of art do give you bonus points! ⟡ Lighting/Shading ⟡ Adding a meme B) ⟡ Being creative! ⟡ This is kind of unfair but if you're a great artist in general lol /hj BATCHES SO FAR Batch 1: Sandy*, Vine, Flora Batch 2: Midnight, Vampire, Belladona *Sandy is the cat on the TN! :3 FAQ - Q: What is a DTA? A: A Rotating DTA is a DTA where new characters get added! - Q: Do I have to enter art? A: At least a little bit, but your main entry can be anything: writing, games, memes, et cetera! - Q: Do I have to ask to join? A: No, but you can notify me if you want! - NOTES You may change the name of all characters and slightly modify the design if needed.
