MT!Underswap (Also now known as Bacon's Underswap!) needs one last, true final, not-getting-changed-again-this-means-you-future-me Megalo replacement. I got the idea that MT!Underswap would have Miitopia aspects rather than Earthbound ones, and decided it suited MT!Swap more than OMORI. (It'd still have bullet hell stuff though.) So, naturally, the replacement for MEGALOVANIA would be the Darkest Lord's battle theme! That being said, here's my request. I need someone to remix/compose the Darkest Lord's battle theme in a way that makes it sound like it'd fit in an Underswap take that takes inspiration from Miitopia (and Undertale), but is its own theme entirely, and suits the Papyrus shown. (Press the green flag to see ALL the expressions - and yes, his white eyes are the replacement for Sans' eyelight-less eyes.) The theme name would be "DARKEST HOUR" (subject to change). If you do so (and end up being the final winner), I will give EXACTLY 200 of your projects a heart. If you don't have that many projects, you can give the excess hearts to someone else. I don't know when I'll end this, but I WILL end it eventually, I assure you. Note that I will only count an entry when it is completed. If it's a WIP, that'll get me excited, but I can only use it if it's completed. And of course, if I use the theme, I will use it with full credit. It's probably obvious, but I don't mean "MEGALOVANIA in the style of the Darkest Lord's theme". I mean the Darkest Lord's theme if it were legitimately the final boss track INSTEAD of Megalovania, and there had been a "Miitopia: Christmas Hack" instead of an "Earthbound: Halloween Hack". So basically do with the Darkest Lord's theme like Toby Fox did with Megalovania from Homestuck, how igorsantusa did with Black from Homestuck, and how Tory Fox / lexxiemow did with Heir of Grief from Homestuck. Recommended (but not necessary, if you think a different soundfont (or soundfonts) sounds better, feel free to use it!) soundfonts: Undertale Mother 1 Mother 2 / Earthbound Mother 3 Places: 1st: @ChaySlamsJam 2nd: @bonkuhoh1 3rd: @Lucriousthemind 4th: @tedzilla
OUTTA TIME! Me for the vector. If you know a composer who might be interested, feel free to send this to them! Update: I'll use the winning version in an MT!Underswap Papyrus survival fight, where you'll experience a full...well, experience, of what fighting against this Papyrus would feel like! Update 2: Also ref for normal Papyrus: Update 3: Papyrus' white-eyes are not final. The final sprites will have more bloodshot eyes, to replicate the 'eerie' vibe of Undertale Sans' "eyelight-less" eyes.
