No one is obligated to hate their culture, its just a kind act of supporting your fellow human. for centuries and centuries, we have been torn apart by our differences and what makes us beautiful. No one should make you feel as though you're culture is wrong or d*monic. Everyone and everything is beautiful. we bleed the same blood, we shed the same tears, and we share the fruit of our bearings. the only distinctive thing about us is our religion, skin color, and languages, but that should separate us. we should be able to learn from each other and how our differences can bring us together. i hope you go out today and see someone who may look a bit different than you and see them as your sister or brother. As a half Nigerian, half Bahamian, i want to be able to see some one that looks like me and look up to them, to have representation, and to have pride for my country. i know a lot of people may want the same. this is to say...
