Hyperborea proposed an unification of Africa, It proposes the Congo and Nambia to unite under one country, which is the Union of African Countries (UAC). The nations in the union would have the same power, share economy and military, and all of them can gain land. Its a win win for all. Also if you dont want a unification then you can have an alliance.
