Moved to Dread after seeing her cousin being controlled by Blood) Chara (1980) considered joining Blood in pursuit of power, but realized that he was too narcissistic to team up with. Besides, Blood wanted to kill Chara to feed on his determination to make himself stronger than he currently is. Phase 2 (Part 2) Team A: Mutated LOM Blood (Uncanny) Team B: Outcast (True Power) Dread (w/ The Night's Blessing) The Night Team C: Chara 1980 Assassin (Chara performed necromancy on him.) Phase 3: Kuroinoshinzo (Fused with LOM, Dread, and Outcast. He also turned into his true form before fusing. Translation: Blackheart.) vs. HATRED (Chara with his and Xeno's determination, becoming a strong force. Is LV 2500.)
Strongest to Weakest: Blood (nerfs himself to "have fun" while fighting. Has the strength to solo UTTS: Karmatic Consequences (KTT but Roman with some twists added) in their Phase 2 form, but not beat them (because of ONE individual with the power of light). He has three stages: Regular, Uncanny, and Demon. He tries to stay in regular, for that's the safest with the most defense. Demon is more offensive, though he can only fight in that form for a limited time before dying of blood exhaustion. Uncanny is in between.) Outcast (nerfed by his phantom at first, but got freed as soon as Blood possessed him due to how demonic his hypnosis power was. The Night used to be holy, but when she turned into a phantom, she lost it.) Xeno (Weaker than Canon Killer, but stronger than MKTT Killer!Hardmode.) LOM (Boosted by Blood's "vein control" magic) Dread (Phase 1 strength is weaker than classic Roman (considering he doesn't put the effort into fighting), but can get physical in the future phases if something ticks him off.) The Night is nowhere in this tierlist, as her power can depend on whether if the person is a good person or not. If the person is bad, supposedly (and especially) Outcast, she can GREATLY affect his strength for the worst. If the person is good and needs help, like Dread in Phase 2, she could GREATLY buff that person for a limited time. If the person she harms is affected by a holy person, she tries her best to grasp on her victim. If demonic, she would still hold on, but would not persevere if the demonic force is strong enough against her.
