After some training, Colombia has strategically sent out troops to Jamaica. They sent out 7,000 troops, with 2 aircraft carriers. They strategically surrounded the Island, and are looking for a surrender, in which jamacia will be given unpopulated land in colombia and colombia gets their Island. Colombia wants to use the Island for a new millitary and space center(Space center plan coming soon).
the red is the new land set aside for them, factual if you approve it it will no longer be apart of colombia, and the newly acquired territory will be. the red can also be token by a new player as a nation. again, im sorry for the lack of detail.
