My Pride Story

Ok, Im gonna tell my pride story. I will use first person or thrid person whenever I want. This is my first time doing something like this! 1) (IRL NAME), 4, she/her. Default settings, cis and straight. Knows absolutely nothing about lgbtq+. Boringest child with no lore, but I guess I was happy? Super blond, cat obsession started early, cute freckles. Very quiet. 2) (IRL NAME), 6, she/her. Still knows nothing bout Lgbtq+. Grows out hair super long, starts to love baggy clothes. Plays with boys a lot, nerf gvn war champion, toughest girl around. Talks a bit more and tottally not over cat obsession just stops outwardly showing since everyone she knows likes dogs. 3) (IRL NAME), 7, she/her. Starts getting bullied at school. Knows that gay exists but hears it as insult at school. Goes back to being quiet and has no friends. Starts really liking listenting to music and discovers Harry Potter and a huge passion for reading which she escapes in. Freckles disapear and there is no way for her to get them back, she's really sad about that. 4) (IRL NAME), 8, she/her or name . Gets a few friends and outwardly expresses her love for cats again. Feeling loved by her family cat. Parents arent around much. Starts permanetly wearing my hair in braid. It just feels right. 5) (IRL NAME), 10, she/her or name Fakes a crush on a boy as not to be ridiculed. Friends are actually toxic and manipulative, now that I look back. I didnt realize then. Discovered The Owl House and learns a bit more about lgbtq and supports it. Finds out parents are kinda homophobic. Hair gets darker and misses her freckles. Parents ban the owl house because of very slight gay and "horror themes" (their words not mine) She only got to watch season 1. 6) (IRL NAME), 11, she/they. Finds Scratch, WOF, WC, and starts watching TOH again in secret. Its like she has a whole 'nother secret life after midnight with a flashlight. Still supports lgbtq, diagnosed with anxiety. 90% sure she has ADHD, Autism, Depression, and mild OCD. Still feels better when she is up at night doing what she loves. Not very good sleep schedule but consistent good grades. Gifted and talented and theater kid. Meets an actaully really really great girl and becomes best friends. Parents argue all the time. Pronoun change. 7) Cat, 12, she/they/fae. I discoevered that I'm lesbian and genderfae thanks to scratch! She still loves cats, wof, wc, toh, and goes back to overalls. Discovers a love of garlic bread and her best frined! Still a hard core theater kid! ALso disocvered fae are some sort of otherpaw and furry! Big discovery year! Changes hair a bit and starts going by Cat with friends. 8) Vee/Aspen/Cat, now, she/her/fae. Getting ready to ask out the best friend, very close to getting a cat, and jsut feeling ahppier. Still bad sleep and stays up very long to prusue passions! Still a strong love of theater! Discovers they are as3xual too! Loves the color green and likes purple!
