Fae sometimes overprotects those she loves without them asking her to. Fae's sometimes stressed about what might happen to them. She loves to take long walks alone. Starting a conversation stresses her out. Fae have trouble forming bonds, but once fae does, she loves with all her heart. She wouldn't hesitate to die for those fae loves, but fae would also kill. Fae's very imaginative and loves discovering new things. Why do you want this kit? Just by looking at her, I loved faer design and imagined a beautiful and complex personality for faer :) Disabilities, disorders, and research: Well… I want her to be autistic :D I am autistic myself (diagnosed). Autism, or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), is a neuro-atypical disorder resulting in varying degrees of difficulty with socialization, for example. The forms of autism are extremely diverse, and sometimes others can see a person is autistic, sometimes not. As an autistic cat, Rainfallkit will have difficulty approaching others and will often feel different. But when someone makes faer feel comfortable, she will have no problem being with them. (This is my feeling, based on my experience as an autistic person.) Fae will have autism that is not very pronounced, which will not pose a problem for her in learning as some forms do. She has heightened sensitivity, making her more susceptible to noises, smells, and so on. If she's in a place with too much stimulation (for example, at a meeting with lots of cats), fae tolerates it less well than neurotypical people. Hearing the slightest sound of conversation in the distance can disrupt faer concentration, and a bright light can be more dazzling for her than it would be for a neurotypical person. These are just a few examples. And there are many different types of characteristics associated with autism. Idea dump-trivia: Her favorite color is the color of her eyes :D She likes frogs.
