Here's my head-canon if Mattel took a more realistic approach with the 2026 Thomas Reboot, for the engines with round nose's, they use the knob on the front of the smoke-box door as those, for the engines with triangular noses, there noses look more metal and the knob of the smoke-box door is moved to the middle of there forehead, and for Toby, he's unique, he keeps his original face structure, but his mouth is more like of a wooden puppet's mouth, he can still smile and frown, but it looks like a puppets mouth moving.
