I found this scene on Google Earth on a street called Sanzai Road in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. If you want to find it here are the coordinates: 48°01'32.97"N 106°54'46.97"E Just paste that into Google Earth and go into street view A friend of mine named William Mentzer V (V means the 5th not an initial) first showed me this scene and then gave me the coordinates.
