They trek up the Starlit-Spine until the reach the green clearing; The Celestial-Summit. There, the tree's branches sway in the wind, waiting for the leaders to flick their tail and call for silence. The deputies sit atop 3 black rocks, a higher plinth to the warriors, whilst medicine cats wait in the roots of the great tree. You'll probably be looking at the backgrounds going "it's literally a tree, and there's no silver??" Well I spo'se you'll have to wait then won't you? :P
