Here we are at the biggest mall in all of Pecungan city, the AB Waterfront Mall! Managed by (the infamous) Terran&Terran, the mall have 6 main floors, a tall indoor waterfall (which is taller than the ones at Changi Airport lol) and... some Sigma Di2 lifts in the west side. There are 4 sets of lifts here, 3 of them uses the standard LG/Sigma chime while one other uses the Iris chime. There are also some OTIS Gen2 lifts in the north part. Next to this mall is a mall called Srewner Hills Mall, also owned by Terran&Terran, except it's opened in 1995, and it uses a different parking management. Floors 6, 7 and 8 are not served because it belonged to an Art Gallery. Above this mall are multiple office towers, one of them being the Nestlé Saint Khaan's Pecungan Head Office, which had their Sigma Ds4 lifts destroyed by Nestlé boycotters. The lifts were later replaced by Aquatic.
