Passive 1 - BEYOND toon force: Instead of the absolute toon force that the regular chibi miera has, she has a version which is just that but WAY more overpowered than before. Passive 2 - Corrupting Malice: Dust!Chibi constantly emits a invisible aura which if anyone hit by and their total power level is under multiversal+ they will immediately be destroyed completely inside and out or will become insane and mad (basically turning them into a insanity sans type character) Destabilizing Blade Moves: Sword Throws - Summons 15 light pink or red swords that are identical to the Destabilizing Blade itself. Light Pink swords deal 10M damage and red deals 25M damage. Primordial Pierce - Dust!Chibi holds the Destabilizing Blade in a thrust like stance before dashing forward, instantly cutting the hit target into two and destroying their source code so they can't regenerate. Anarchy Blasts - Dust!Chibi shoots out 15 tiny purple orbs out of the blade, then those same orbs expand and explode, dealing 45M Damage to whoever is hit by it. Rain of Homicide: Dust!Chibi fires a beam into the sky from the blade, which comes down in multiple chroma teardrops that turn into pillars of energy upon touching the ground. Dealing 3M damage per tick before it goes away after 2 seconds. TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF THE MULTIVERSE: Dust!Chibi summons an OMEGA sword above her which can be aimed by the mouse pointer, after some time the sword fires. Dealing a total of 100B Damage and causing a fallout which deals 10K damage to anyone in the fallout overtime for 5 seconds before it goes away. I'm pretty sure those who know who distortion is already knows what the Reality Pipe can do. Base Moves: "SUMMON." - Dust!Chibi can summon any dust version of miera to either protect her or assist her in battles. (yes she can spawn error dust, ink dust, dust error 404 I suppose, and dustortion I guess-) "MULTIVERSAL BONE THROWS." - Summons 45 giant dark purple bones that deal 444K Damage with 2 variants. Variant 1 - quick fire: these bones fire faster and move quicker but does way less damage. Variant 2 - CATACLYSM BONE: summons a GIGANTIC slow moving bone that does 8M damage and explodes, dealing an additional 999K damage. "DESTRUCTIVE ULTRA BEAMS"- summons 8 ultra gaster blasters that either rotate horizontally, vertically, or just a regular gaster blasters that does a a lot of damage. (4K per tick) "CATACLYSMIC DASH" - DustChibi pulls her fist back before dashing forward with her fist Infront of her body, if she hits a target the target would be hit by a thousand punches before their soul is eventually destroyed completely. "SOUL JAVELIN" (ranged variant) - Dust!Chibi throws a sharp light pink javelin (just like Betty) and throws It, the projectile's speed is massively beyond the speed of light and once it hits a target, It pierces its soul entirely and lets her to play around with it until she gets bored and destroys it completely, effectively destroying the target aswell
