Matrix effect on an image. I saw this in this video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/r9tQu77XoGY and i wanted to recreate it. It basically decrease the blue and red channels to "increase" the green channel. You can go on TurboWarp to increase the performance (it's pretty laggy on Scratch)
