During a pretty relaxed day for König Spade, she had received a letter from the organization known as 'SOMBRA'. This letter more specifically listed details about an ongoing slave trade involving Umans being abducted for the gain of none other than 'The Hand'. König reportedly took 20 minutes to fully process the letter before allegedly walking straight to the Grandmarshal of the New Uma Order, Alexei Shrine, and making a single demand; Go to war with The Hand. Alexei read the letter that König provided before issuing orders to the Uman Navy, Air Corps, Ground Forces, and Space Force to begin mobilizing near The Hand's Oceania, many forces beginning to be moved to Bombey and Sajor to prepare for a full scale invasion of The Hand while also beginning to lend support to the Phoenix Council, and positioning Ballistic Missiles toward The Hand's holdings. The last action of König before war would begin would be The Stallion Declaration, a speech that would be available for people across the globe to hear, where König would speak harshly against the actions of The Hand and would close the speech with the following words, "All of these things that i have spoken of, The Corrupted Hand have done, and i believe it is high time The Hand faces retribution for their crimes against Umankind, therefore... I declare a full war against The Hand, and i will seek to crush their corrupt leadership and free the Umans, the Dominionlings, and Humans all being oppressed by these twisted figures! Vengeance dawns upon The Hand! They have proven themselves dishonorable and have proven themselves nothing more than some criminals of the world! Slava Ordenu! Slava Radi! Han'ba na Rutsi! After The Stallion Declaration, the NUO launches 'Operation: Wallaby', 'Operation: Kiwi', and 'Operation: Archipelago' all targeting The Hand's Australian, Kiwi (New Zealand), and Oceanian holdings. A total of 4 Million Uman Troops are mobilized, but for right now, only Mariners, Paratroopers, and Naval Units are being launched against the Hand while the rest of the NUO's deployed manpower prepares a full scale assault.
