(Read all of this as to not be confused) The Type 23 is a missile that is used to carry airborne contagions, in this case being the Greener Virus. When fired, the engine is put on afterburn and launches at around a speed slightly faster than a regular missile (due to light parts, no explosives). When reaching the target area, the missile will fall apart, letting the contagion cloud spread over the area. It has proven to be highly efficient when deployed from a submarine, hence the need for one. It is not exported, and as of now only Velkaris and The Greyt Republic know it exists.
