I posted a project about some irl stuff that had happened to me recently that included the education system but sadly the project was taken down. The current education system (based of mine) is really un affective. You take MINORS and place them all together in a building for 6-10 hours. Now I get it we need to learn and stuff it makes total sense to me but what about our mental state. lately all the staff there care about one thing and one thing only....GRADES. They give us all the assignments for each class and all the stress with due dates and still expect us to come to school giving it our all? Slowly this will begin to affect our mental health. And that is not ok,we are legally required to be in a place that is ruining our mental health and emotional well being. Think about it,its really messed up. And when we try to go to the teachers or counselors who are LITERALLY THERE TO HELP YOUR MENTAL HEALTH they do nothing about it. They'll say try harder and walk away. My friend has been SA twice by a kid WHO IS IN OUR SCHOOL. My friend reported them and yk what they got? wanna know what crazy punishment the literally R@P!$ GOT!? a 1-2 day suspention. after that they where let back in. Free to go and SA my friend again. I have been getting dragged into the cross fire as well... I have been getting rather uncomfortable around my cis male,gay friend who as been doing A LOT of physical contact to me lately (nothing inappropriate but stuff like patting my head and leaning his shoulder on mine.) Its really uncomfortable and this kid at my bus stop keeps getting reallyyyyyyy close to me. Dose ANYONE notice this though? Nope the teachers looks right past it. they act as if our problems our chores that there gonna fix later. On top of that kids have been bully,mentally @bu$!ng and even sometimes physically h@ra$m3nt. I have been verbally ,barked,sworn at and phycically hit by other students. And the teachers do nothing about it. They are legally allowed to (not physically touch students) but at least interfear but dose that happen? NO. That is the end of my rant I might add more. I really hope that something is done about this. The best thing we can do is the spread the word. It means so much to me that you spent your time reading through this thank you so much for all your support love you all--Goose
