Now that the nation's economy has begun to recover and the infrastructure is back at a decent enough level for what we're planning (infrastructure projects are still continuing), we can finally begin industrialization. We will first begin with the countryside, as a nation's agricultural industry is the backbone of the rest. First, we will utilize the Consorcis to buy up most of the farmland, and then we will provide investments and tax breaks to the individual companies owning said lands to help them modernize their equipment, farming techniques, and also modernize their land. We will then wait a while for our treasury to replenish and for the farms to modernize, and wait for our grain silos to fill. Now that we hopefully have stable food prices and supply, the real work can begin. In the outer districts of cities away from the home district, factories will be constructed en masse. These are primarily for producing civilian goods, machinery, equipment, tools, and items to export globally for profit to help revitalize the nation's economy. We will also encourage heavy migration to cities by constructing new, high-quality, and affordable housing apartments and advertising them. To ensure the quality of life for the workers does not slip into that of the Industrial Revolution, we will pass strict worker rights and safety laws and a minimum wage of 15 Catalan Florins an hour. Also, we will have extremely strict building codes and hygiene codes, so housing can't be cramped, and not too many people can live in one house or unit.
