Article 1: Mexico will cede northern territories to New Mexico and Texas Article 2: Mexico will pay a sum of 600 million dollars each to New Mexico and Texas as reparations. Article 3: Cuba, Yucatan, and Baja California will be granted independence and governed under their respective governments. Article 4: Guatemala will have all Mexican influence removed, and be granted border regions Article 5: Mexico will demilitarize 100 kilometers away from all of their borders and the coast.
