Hello! I am @Xiberist, your Senior Supervisor and instructor. Your other senior instructors are: @baby_j_ - Development Manager @952816 - CEO @GreenTheSpaggoty - Development Director You will be given some tasks, and if you do exceptionally well, you will pass. You will have 1 week to complete this assignment, a score will be racked. If you have 2-3 (3-5 if coder.) points, you will pass. 1/3 - (C) 2/3 (B) 3/3 (A) 1/5 - (F) 2/5 (D) 3/5 (C) 4/5 (B) 5/5 (A) If you do not, you can retry it every 5 days. For the designers, you can just rework or create UI, characters, and backdrops. (The Main game is here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1030013600/) I specifically got orders from Kaisei, "Have them remix the game, either revamp UI or something or make a new unit in a new stage with a gimmick (light spearman Kai, heavy spearman Kai)" (General/Coder Developers will be promoted faster than Graphic Developers.)
We will now introduce Asset Developer. Asset developers only have to implement reworks or add new sprites. Graphic Developers have to code along with designing. Enlist divisions here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/51588796/ Main studio here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/33607333/ TBBS GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: RECOMMENDED TO TAKE TO INCREASE CHANCE OF ACCEPTANCE Best game design - () Best graphic design - () RANKS HIGHEST TO LOWEST: ______________ Developer - Low [L1] Developers have the right to vote. Developers have limited authority over non-developers. Developers follow directions on what is being worked on and can give feedback on execution of experimental ideas and concepts. _____________ Senior Developer - Mid [L2-3] SDVs are in charge when no Manager+ are present. Can host dev sessions with manager permission. Takes a leadership role among the developers as a developer and ensures developers remain on task. _____________ Manager - Mid [L3-4] Managers are in charge of their subdivision, and the hosting manager has high authority in dev sessions. Managers train developers-in- training and work with the people in their subdivision. They host dev sessions at their discretion. _____________ Supervisor - High [L4-5] Supervisors can host without Managers. SSV+ have full authority over managers while JSV have authority over their department. Supervisors keep Managers and Developers in check while also checking code. Supervisors are also the primary moderators of the server and SSV+ can punish. _____________ Director - Highest [L6-9] Development Directors have near full authority in dev sessions. Head Directors have the highest authority. Directors give ideas and tries to split work as efficiently as possible and so that the development team moves in the right direction. Directors write training and developer documents.
