Due to a sight of an island that wasn't far away from the farthest of colvans land claims. They have sent a small ship with minimal stuff there. They had reported a thick jungle, but that was all they had seen. They also grabbed a piece of the wood and brought it back.
This is not us making a land claim; this is just a group of explorers checking out the area. The land in Colvan's colors is just how far they got.
