Mount Boulderslide takes its name from a folk legend about golems who lived near the top of the mountain and lived a life so boring that the only fun they had was when they would detach a chunk off the mountain itself and roll it down its steeper side. And they were also said to do that frequently. Nowadays, though, it has become more of a tourist destination than a place to live in.
