[ the constellation ~ an IRP gens cross-clan group ] [ ••• ] • founded by Cinovyblade of mossclan • ~•—~•—~•-•~—•~—•~ |1| ~ intro After moons of constantly patrolling for mossclan when barely anyone else did, cinovyblade had gotten so furious at the laziness of his clan. To his belief, cats don’t do their work because the motivation is lacking, and so, he founded ‚the constellation‘, not as a generous act, but to unite the strongest members of all clans, and create jealousy in the cats not in the group, as he hopes this will get cats to move. ~•—~•—~•-•~—•~—•~ |2| ~ joining It is relatively hard to join the constellation; you need to have at least 20 exp total to participate in the joining elections, which are a one week long competition between the participating cats. They need to work strategically and patrol, hunt, spar or do apprentice chores with one another, as only a few of the participants will be taken in; those that have done the most, unironically. These trainees aren’t regarded as members, but they will be assigned to members to train with. It’s basically an offer to grind to reach joining requirements; anyone over the age of 6 moons may sign up for it. To join the program, your character must have IRP knowledge of the constellation in some way, and ask a member about the group, which will tell them about the training, your character must then agree to participate in one of the next three joining elections after they reach 20 total exp. Your trainers will be appointed at the next group gathering, which you’ll be invited to. The same progress can be done by being invited. You can receive an invite if you are directly related to a member or a close friend. (Just ask them to invite you) • joining the preparation program next meeting ~ ~•—~•—~•-•~—•~—•~ |4| ~ roles within the constellation Once you join, there’s an open world of opportunity unfolding in front of you: Ranks, that you can secure for yourself by hunting, patrolling or sparring; titles coming either with those ranks or for specific actions; the ability to invite your friends and family; the list goes on. Cats within the group have bragging rights; cinovyblade wants word to spread fast and reach every possible corner and crevasse. [ the center ] Among the three categories of ranks, this is the highest. Cats within this category should be honored and respected. You may only stay in this category if you actively patrol or hunt !! -the eye- The leader of the constellation. This cat holds gatherings and keeps an eye on the group, and is in charge of punishments, assigning trainers and ranks. Upon their passing, the position will go to the heir. -the heir- The second in command and heir to the eye. This cat keeps an eye on the group, makes sure it is respected, and is in charge of welcoming winners of the election into the constellation, as well as reporting to the eye. Upon their passing, a new heir is chosen from the luminary. -the luminary- Valued advisors of the constellation. These cats are of a highly valued rank, being in the center category. To keep this rank, one must patrol and hunt twice a week. [ the orbit ] Among the three categories of ranks, this is the middle. Cats within this category should be respected. A rankup into the orbit is permanent. -the nebula- The coordination and spies of the orbit. These cats keep track of the activity in hunting and patrolling, and report to the center. They also may be used as spies by the center in interest of the constellation. To keep this rank, you must complete your job and stay silent about being a nebula. -the lucidity- Titled members. Either former luminary, nebula or specially titled cats. -the angelical- Active members of the constellation. These cats are the best beside the luminary. From this rank, you may be promoted to a luminary or nebula. [ the outer rings ] Among the three categories of ranks, this is the lowest. After three irl weeks of being a successful ascendancy, you will be promoted to the orbit. -the ascendancy- Members of the constellation waiting for rankup. Successful- on completion of all weekly requirements. Unsuccesful- on completion of at least one weekly requirement. Fail- on completion of no weekly requirements. Ascendancy are demoted upon fail or three unsuccessful in a row. -the silvery- The remaining members of the constellation. Those who have never been an ascendancy before will be promoted two weeks after joining. ~•—~•—~•-•~—•~—•~ |5| ~ rules within the constellation All newjoining members of the constellation, aka the winners of each election, must vow to follow those rules to the constellation.
