BASIC INFORMATION Setting: Open‑world Sonaria environment with weather, hunger, thirst, migration, and territory. Creatures: Only real COS species. No fan‑species, hybrids, or unrealistic abilities. Style: Semi‑literate to literate RP. Short replies allowed as long as they move the scene forward. Death: Possible from starvation, dehydration, injuries, or natural causes. Time: Day/night cycle. Weather affects survival. Events: Migration waves, storms, droughts, territory shifts, and creature‑specific challenges. -Survival Mechanisms Hunger: – Your creature must hunt, forage, or scavenge. – If you go too long without food, you weaken, slow down, and can die. Thirst: – Water sources matter. – If you cannot reach water due to danger or drought, you risk dehydration. Injuries: – Fights, falls, storms, and predators can injure you. – Severe injuries require rest or help from others. – Ignoring injuries can lead to death. Weather: – Storms reduce visibility and make travel dangerous. – Cold weather drains energy faster. – Heat increases thirst loss. Migration: – Some species must migrate seasonally. – Staying behind can be dangerous depending on weather and predators. ROLEPLAY RULES 1. No godmodding You cannot dodge everything, win every fight, or control another player’s actions. 2. No overpowered abilities Use only the abilities your COS species actually has. Keep them realistic. 3. No random killing Hunting is allowed, but killing another player’s creature requires consent. 4. Realistic survival Your creature gets tired, hungry, thirsty, injured, and scared. Play realistically. 5. Fair combat – Attacks must be written, not auto‑hit. – Give the other player time to respond. – Injuries must make sense for your species. 6. Respect territories Some species defend land. Entering another creature’s territory has consequences. 7. No instant healing Healing takes time. Severe wounds affect movement and behavior. 8. One major event at a time No stacking disasters. Keep the world believable. 9. Keep replies clear Use readable grammar. No one‑word responses unless it fits the scene. 10. Be kind out of character No drama outside the RP. Keep things friendly. NOTES FOR PLAYERS – If you go inactive for too long, your creature may be marked as “missing.” – You can have multiple creatures, but only one in major events at a time. – If your creature dies, you may create a new one.
