CODE (nemo) midnight strangers animatic* Okay but I have this amazing vision of ringmaster scar just introducing smth like grian does in most ls animatics but with more creepyness to the opening lines- that sentence prob just made no sense but whatever- 3. Little soldiers to bannerfall smp Okay but like! hear me out!!! it's about the ships!!! hellfire is the only one i know well but like this could work- 4. Feed us your girls (Lydia the bard) DL!pearl Okay i'm not a big pearl watcher but this is SO DL!pearl coded like it literally talks about a girl in a red cloak! Ik it has darker themes but idk, someone out there could make it work 5. Main character (will wood) Watcher!Grian and Listener!Martyn peskywood okay but like martyn's au (eyes and ears) should totally go to this song. "I'm the main character, and you have to like me!" could be interpreted in a much more twisted and cruel and watcher-y way than just a narcissistic person. Same for the rest of the lyrics. It could be about how Grian, since the watcher have taken such an interest in him, says "Since i'm the main character, why don't you like me? please like me-" because fanonically he gets tortvr3d a lot. For martyn, it’s similar. Since he gets all these voices in his head, he's asking Fate why she had to give him such a cruel, well, fate. There could also be some AU bits not in eyes&ears. 6. Not the ghost (the crane wives) vampires SMP like it just fits so well!! no words!!! 7. SPACE!!! (sparkbird) Empires smp s1 Okay ik its a strech but like!!! the focus/camera could be flying around different empires watching them do different things, and it could interpret the lore in a much less cruel and somber way, more like a visibly and actively angry way? idk if i'm wording this correctly but I could totally see this happening 8. Soldier, Poet, King (the oh hellos) I had to include the classic animation meme. There are so many trios i could name for this that would go amazing. This song, to me, is about a person who finds the need to please someone or gain something, and realizes that they could turn to the ways of evil, because "the clouds overhead open up to the wicked and just all the same". After their evil reign, they step onto the desolate ground (their reign made it desolate) and realised that this was not the correct path and they have made a grave mistake. I'm POSITIVE there are some mcyt characters out there who fit this song, and i know that i know some of them, i just can think of any rn which is annoying me, so if you know any please tell me. This could work with vsmp avid but not really and i would have to bend the meaning a bit.
