Months have passed. Parsley is just getting worse. I've met another like me, Fate. Fate is a wolf, dog, and cat, I think. I'm not completely sure. I never asked. I’m outside with Fate often, but whenever Parsley is outside, I can’t be. They don’t know about Fate, so I have to pretend that I’m outside alone. I hat3 that I have to pretend. I’ve been getting more confident saying no, defying Parsley. And yet, I still can’t bring myself to run off when they’re outside. Oh, and Parsley uses they/them now. I changed it in the chapters before, but it originally said she. I have met more of my kin. Squirrel and Light, let’s call them. They were at a fun thing I went to, a place I could dance freely. Dance in the air, that is. I did a routine on the trapeze, which we’d been practicing for months. I’m a trapeze artist.
Constructive criticism is welcome! No art this time, nor googIe images. I probably deserve all this. And yet, it feels like I don’t.
