You can drag items around and they are stuck to specific rooms Use the arrows at the bottom to navigate rooms
My dragging code and collision code might be bad (trust me I know) but I think the code behind the items overall is neat. Each item is stored in lists, however, to get the benefits of clones (dragging, code, etc.), Pen isnt going to cut it. Instead each time a room is loaded, each of the 10ish (can be changed) clones fight for the items that are "supposed" to be in that room and in turn become the items. Once a clone becomes an item it can change the items characteristics such as position. Additional ones can be added as necessary for a game and clones are reallocated for each new room. This lets me use a small number of clones to represent a huge number of items across rooms so long as the number of items in any given room is smaller than the amount of budgeted clones. Neat!
